How much does it cost to post an advertisement?

Standard Ads cost $8 and run for 6 months.
Featured Ads cost $12 and run for 6 months.
Standard Ads can be upgraded to a Featured Ad for $4.

What forms of payment are accepted?

UW Sublets accepts all major credit cards, eChecks, and PayPal via online payment
or Personal Checks by mail. Online payments are processed through PayPal.
You DO NOT need to have a Paypal account to use UW Sublets.

How long are advertisements displayed on the website?

Advertisements are displayed for 6 months.

How do I change or edit my advertisement?
|
| A: |
When viewing your advertisement, click on the Edit Ad link in the bottom
right section of the page. This will send you to a webpage that will allow you to
make any and all desired changes. You will be required to enter your password to apply
the changes. After you have made your changes, click on the Apply Changes button
near the bottom of the page. You will then be sent to a confirmation page that will allow
you to preview your changes. After UW Sublets staff reviews your changes, we will reactive
your ad and it will again be displayed on the site.

How do I delete my advertisement?

When viewing your advertisement, click on the Edit Ad link in the bottom
right section of the page. This will send you to the webpage that will allow you to
make changes to your ad. To delete your advertisement, click on the Delete Ad
button near the bottom of the page. Next, enter your password and click on the
Delete Ad button. You will then be sent to a page confirming the deletion of your ad.

What is the difference between a Standard and Featured ad?

Featured Ad: $12

Can I upgrade my advertisement from Standard to Featured ad?

Yes! When viewing your advertisement, click on the Upgrade Ad link in the bottom
right section of the page. You will then be sent to the checkout page. Follow the instructions
to complete the payment.

How do I add pictures?
|
| A: |
If you post a Featured Ad, you are allowed to upload up to 3 pictures of your sublet. When viewing
your advertisement, click on the Manage Pictures link in the bottom right section of the page.
After entering your password, you will be taken to your picture management page.
To add a picture:
- Click on the Browse button.
- Locate the desired picture on your computer and select it.
- Click OK to choose picture.
- Click on the Add Picture button to upload picture.
- Wait for picture management page to refresh. This may take
a couple minutes, especially if the picture is high quality.
Important: All picture files must be less than 2MB (2000KB) and must
be JPEG (.jpg or .jpeg), GIF (.gif), bitmap (.bmp), or PNG (.png).
To delete a picture:
- Identify the picture you wish to delete.
- Click on the Delete button below the picture.
