Need female sublet in a 5 bdr for Jan-Aug '09 - great location on campus! |
I am graduating in December and am looking for someone to sublet my room in a 5 bedroom/2 bathroom house for the spring semester and summer '09. I live with 4 awesome girls ( Seniors) who are a TON of fun! Rent is $435 utilities not included, and parking is FREE. Street parking on College Court is for 2 days, so that definitely helps too. A/C!
My room is fairly big with a big closet. A really cute, quaint house.
