Great location, lots of space!

I am looking to sublet my one bedroom apartment for 2 months (4/1-5/31), as I will be moving. The rent would be $1000/month. I would like someone to commit to the sublease ASAP, and I could possibly negotiate on things.

Extension through 8/13 is available, and you would pay full rent ($1,320) from 5/31-8/13. The unit has tons of space, and the location is phenomenal. Move in date could possibly be negotiated.

Utilities are typically ~$28/month, depending on usage, and my Spectrum internet is $25/month. There is no in-unit washer/dryer, but there is a church across the street that has laundry machines and is quite convenient.

Property Management currently does not have available parking. The bus lines are very convenient, otherwise your best bet is to get a permit through the city:
