My apartment is 1 bed room, furnished, even has washer and drier in the room.
Renting company provide bed, desk, chair, and built in closet in room,
and coffee table, couch, a large table, washer and drier in living room,
and refrigerator, stove, microwave, and dish-washer.

I can give you big lamp for living room, small table for right next to bed, and small lamp, laser printer, kitchen utensils, dishes, cups, toaster, trash cans, and good shower curtain, laundry baskets, and vacuum.

There is a grocery market in 1 minute walking distance (Fresh Madison Market).
Walgreen is also 2,3 minute distance.
There is no parking lot for this apartment, but right next building of this apartment is parking lots, so even if you have car, you do not need to worry about parking lot.

Internet is provided. If you need cable and much more speed for internet, you can get one with extra fee. Utility fee is not included in rent.

Renting company for this apartment, Varsity, is central properties. You can google it.
I expect 850 per month, but it can be negotiable.
My term with central properties is until August 14th.
I actually prefer to transfer this lease to you and give you difference between my rent fee and your rent fee.
