1 Bedroom Available for Spring 2011 in Palisade Apartments

I am looking to find a female to sublet my bedroom in the Palisade apartment building while I study abroad for the spring 2011 semester (and possibly through the summer). The rent is $675/month + electricity (cable and high-speed internet are included in the rent). The room comes furnished with a bed, desk, as well as a good sized closet and dresser. While I have 3 other roommates who you will share the kitchen and living room with, you will only have to share your bathroom with one of them. The apartment has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and comes completely furnished with couches, coffee table, and breakfast bar/island in the spacious kitchen. Some of the features and amenities of the apartment include: dishwasher, microwave, central air, same floor laundry, high speed internet, heated underground parking (if available), and a great view of the downtown area from our 9th floor balcony.

The apartment is in a great location being that it is in the heart of Madison. It is just minutes from campus as well as some great restaurants on or near State Street. It is also conveniently placed near the SERF (Southeast Recreational Facility) and Kohl Center.

You will be living with 3 females. All of them are friendly, tidy, and are very considerate of others' personal space and property. I hope to move out of the apartment sometime at the end of December, in which case you could move in and start subleasing January 1st, 2011.
