It is great for entertaining, and even in the winter you can hang out there with a little space heater! I' ve spent quite a few days on our porch swing with a blanket reading a book or playing the guitar. You can entertain big groups of people with the way this place is setup. There's a great little shaded area in front of the house where you can have little grillouts and a fire pit in the fall/spring. Quiet block on West Wilson, but its only a couple blocks from the square and the lake and the action of some cool restaurants/bars downtown. There is tons of sunlight in this apartment.
