Sublet a room in cute 2 bedroom near campus!

Looking for someone to sublet a room in my 2 bedroom at the corner of Bassett and Dayton. Sublet starts anytime after May 16th. Apartment is in a small building and has a private entrance. It's in a basement, but gets plenty of natural light. Large kitchen with lots of counter space, and large bedroom with lots of closet space. Laundry is right across the hall. One male roommate.
