We need someone to take over our lease May 1st! You would sign a new rental contract with Greenbriar Village when you move in. We will subsidize the rent to equal $1,050/month or pre-pay for a heated, underground parking spot for the year--whichever you prefer. Outdoor parking is included with rent; there was a waiting list for heated parking when we moved in, but we have secured the spots for another year. Internet and heat are included!
