April to August, 2 bedroom, Near East Side, $850/month

My roommate and I are both moving in mid-April and have a lease that runs through August 1 on a 2-bedroom apartment on Dunning Street (a nice residential street right off of Atwood Avenue, near the Harmony, Barrymore, a couple of convenient bus routes, and a lot of other good stuff). The rent is $850 plus pretty reasonable water and electricity bills. WE ARE VERY FLEXIBLE WITH THE MOVE-IN DATE, so if you think you might need the place in early April or around that time, feel free to ask.

Other features: Hardwood floor, one off-street parking space, good amount of kitchen space, attic for storage, basement storage space, small closet in bedroom, nice little back balcony, friendly landlord who lives right downstairs and is cool about fixing stuff. I've also got some furniture (IKEA bed, small two-seater couch, dresser) that's in good condition that I cannot move with, so I'd be willing to sell it for fairly cheap if that makes your move-in easier.
