Summer Sublet on State Street

I am graduating in May and am looking for someone to sublease my room for the summer. My apartment is right about Za's restaurant, on State Street. I share my apartment with an awesome roommate (22-year old girl) so I would like to rent to a girl. I pay $700 a month + bills but I am only asking for $600 and I will pay the difference.
