I'm subletting my apartment starting from NOW (Feb, 1st). As many of you know, Grand Central is brand new luxury apartment, just opened last semester. It’s clean, and has best location in the campus!! My place is one bedroom with one bath, very nicely furnished with full size bed, closet organizers, leather desk chair, desk, media center, coffee table, nice leather couch, hardwood laminate floors in kitchens,(which is the best kitchen ever!!) and very nice luxury bathroom with tub. (you can have bubble bath!!) We also have private balcony! Laundry room is located in each floor and especially for my house, it's just right across the hall, but it's still very quiet. We also have ice maker just next to my door. My house is facing south side, so you can enjoy sunlight all day long. it's very bright house. It’s 9th floor with great view. (No high buildings blocking the view) We have coffee shop, Java den, at the first floor, as well as resident lounge, study and event rooms, which includes Wii and other game machines. This year, the internet is free!! you just need to pay for elec and heat.The original price was 1260.00 but again it can be NEGOTIABLE.

If you are majoring espeically in business or science, I think it’s the best location to live in.
