Studio Apartment Available in Early May.

Large Studio with shared full bathroom and kitchen. The kitchen has an electric stove, garbage disposal and brand new microwave. The apartment also has it's own individual standard sized refrigerator. The apartment is very clean (just had the carpet steam cleaned) in a super quiet apartment building. Most tenants are Grad students or researchers in Late 20s and 30s.

There is 6'X 6' Storage locker in the basement for the unit for extra items. The storage locker has heavy duty wooden shelving capable of supporting several hundred pounds of weight. Coin operated laundry is available at the apartment building. The studio itself has its own airconditioner and heat thermostat so that the temperature of the room can be individually controlled. The Studio comes furnished with a wardrobe, desk and twin bed but can be removed from the studio and stored at the tenants request.

Apartment is located at 1212 Spring Street. It's a 5 minute walk from the Camp Randall Shell, Wednt Library, The College of Engineering, Geology and the Pyschology buildings. It is also 1-2 blocks from main bus lines on Regent & Johnson Street.

The rent includes the cost of utilities so there are no monthly electric or water bills to worry about. Internet service is not included, but I currently get wireless from AT&T for $35 a month. If the next tennant wishes to use AT&T as their service provider I will give them the modem ($80 value) and transfer my account to their name so that there are no initial set up fees to pay.
Parking is available onsite for $60 per month.

Variable leases from 6 months to a year are available from landlord upon request
