Spring/summer in newly renovated house - 1br in 3 br house - $500 OBO

I am a girl living with 2 guys in an adorable house so a girl or guy is welcome. It's been recently renovated so it's clean and comfortable. The room you would have is on the first floor and away from the other 2 guys rooms. We have a dishwasher, washer/dryer, a/c and even a yard! We have Dish Network for only $20ish/month and free internet. It's close enough to campus and downtown (10-15 minute walk) but quiet and by Lake Monona too! The Kohl's Center is about 3 blocks away to give you a better idea of the location. Available now-Aug 20.

We have a drive way big enough to fit all three cars plus street parking. And cats and Dogs are OK

The two guys in the picture are my roommates and that's me! Sometimes faces help :)
