This house was just newly remodeled last year and everything is new in it. We are the first tenants in the house! You will share a floor with two guys but male or female is fine. There's a total of 8 people here and everyone is really friendly! Brand new appliances, W/D in house, hardwood floors, and you're room is approx. 11'x11' on the first floor. Utilities paid are electric, gas, and cable which is about $45/month.
The house is just a few blocks from the Capitol and Monona Terrace and the walk to UW campus is about 15 minutes, but busses pick up right across the street.
