I am looking to sublet this room IMMEDIATELY!!
as in...TOMORROW if all the details work out

I recently decided to move back home for the remainder of the year and am looking to sublet my room ASAP!
I live in a 4 bedroom apartment above Wando's on University (not to worry, I can guarantee the room I am subletting has no noise problems!) with 3 VERY lovely, artistic female roommates.
All utilities are included (the only thing you pay for monthly is when you use the oven for baking) and your landlord is one of the owners of a small private renting company, they are very helpful.
The room you would be renting also connects to a cozy fire escape and there is onsite laundry for only 50 cents a load!! (what a deal huh?)

This is a great location in the heart of downtown Madison. You will be living 5 minutes away from campus, 1 block from State St, across the street from the Fluno Center and 2 blocks away from Grainger School of Business (which has a great library for studying).
