Its basically next door to the Red Gym. The lease is for Spring 2010 (starting mid-December/flexible to May 31) or it could be extended through the summer. Heat is included. Electricity is about $35 a month and cable and internet bundle is about $75. It is only 1 bedroom but I am currently sharing it comfortably with one roommate with  full size beds. You can rent the entire apartment or you can rent half (another subtenant will rent the other half). It is $950 OBO per month for one person but the apartment is big enough for 2 or even 3 people (2ppl-$475; 3ppl-$315). I can help you find a roommate if you need as well. I am also willing to leave the apartment completely furnished for no extra charge (microwave, 32" TV, TV stand, coffee table, 2 futons, 2 full size beds, 2 end tables, 2 dressers, 2 desks, 2 desk chairs, and 1 bookcase) if we can reach an agreement on a security deposit.
